Sebaliknya , makanan berserat, seperti sereal tidak memicu rasa mual.<br />Universitas Liverpool menganalisa 56 kasus yang sudah di teliti sebelumnya di 21 negara, dan hasil ini dimuat jurnal Biologi Royal Society di Inggris.<br /><br />Rasa mual biasanya di alami wanita hamil pagi hari selama tiga bulan pertama , dan terjadi pada sekitar 80% kehamilan.
